Clinical Psychologist

Deb has worked with people in their quests for healing, growth and change for over twenty five years as clinical psychologist. She has been deeply impressed by the power of Integral Coaching® in her private practice as a platform on behalf of lasting human development, with a particular interest in topics of work-life balance, career direction, self-care, fitness, wellness, weight loss, body image, and communication skills.

Deb strives to bring her most open, clear, light, compassionate and practical self to all her coaching relationships, along with her deep appreciation of people’s complexities and potential. With three almost grown and partially launched children and one baby (in the form of an Airedale), Deb turns to her family, friends, music, dancing, running, spinning, art, poetry and reading for renewal and joy.

Leslie is a Washington, DC-based executive coach and organization development consultant.  With a particular interest in the ethical and effective use of leadership power, Leslie has created a developmental framework called “Leading With Grit & Grace®”.  This model enables leaders to understand their influence style, to examine the ways in which gender has shaped their approach, and to strengthen their versatility and effectiveness in influencing others.   She also works with private clients on a variety of coaching issues.

Leslie believes that a coach’s job is to enable her clients to achieve practical, meaningful lasting change.  ICC’s unique blend of rigor, pragmatism and compassion makes it possible for Leslie’s clients to do that: growing in a way that reaches far beyond the workplace and that “sticks” long past the coaching engagement.  As a complement to the method, Leslie brings a style that is direct, loving and irreverent.

Photography and spiritual pursuits are two of Leslie’s greatest passions.  Both of these have arisen from, informed, and been informed by Leslie’s 20-year walk with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
